Christina Kane
Christina Kane began her career in 1992 as a receptionist at the law firm of David R. Carter, P.A. and worked her way up to a paralegal. In 1998, she graduated cum laude from St. Leo University earning her B.A. degree with a major in Criminology while working full-time. In 2009, after 17 years at the law firm, Christina left to obtain her juris doctorate degree. She graduated magna cum laude from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in 2012. She is admitted to practice in the State of Florida. In October 2012, she returned to the law firm of Carter & Clendenin, P.A. where she practiced law for over five years. In June 2018, she left the firm now known as Carter Foreman, PLLC to open her own practice, Kane Law, P.A. In 2020, she joined The Lyons Law Group, P.A. as partner.
Christina’s practice focuses mainly in the areas of real estate, estate planning and probate. She is a member of the Hernando County Bar Association, a member of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law section of the Florida Bar, admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, a graduate of Leadership of Hernando, Class of 2019, a member and director on the Board of Directors of the Greater Hernando County Chamber of Commerce, and a member and director on the Board of Directors of Kiwanis of the Adventure Coast.
